The compendium is structured into three parts with the table of content printed to the inside front cover: Volume 1: Die Weltanschaulichen, politischen und staatsrechtlichen Grundlagen des nationalsozialistischen Staates (Philosophical, Political and Constitutional Law foundations of the NS State). Volume 2: Der Aufbau des nationalsozialistischen Staates (The organization of the NS State). Volume 3: Die Wirtschaftsordnung des nationalsozialistischen Staates (The Economic System of the NS State).

An important source on the nature and history of the NS State. Each of the essays is separated by a printed yellow, heavy stock cover page (gray in vol. 2, tan in vol. 3) and additional blue leaves indicating the number of the shipment as well as summaries of the chapter, in most cases. Text in German. Binder of volume 2 with small closed tears at head and tail at front joint. Steel binder construct rusty with rust spots to inside front covers. Light age-toning to content with dividers uncut. Minor pencil annotations in text. Binders and interior in overall very good condition.
