Offered is an original 1933 Zeppelin Jubilee badge, commemorating the 25th year of flights to North & South America with the famous Zeppelin airship. The badge features a frosted silver airship to the center, with swastika stamped tailfins, on a blue enamel background. Frosted silver finish to rear, showing the pin and latch with maker stamp for Kerbach of Dresden. This was one of the first semi-official nazi badges for award to those workers and staff associated with the various civilian aeronautical services. This attractive badge is fully enameled with a silvered finish. The badge is rarely seen for sale.

It is believed that these insignia may have been given to crew or other airship staff and the color of the insignia may represent a different specialty or position in the company.
